I will be leaving on Oct 1st for a trip to see family with the littlest munchkin, so I will be finishing up this weeks dozen or so trainers and I couple of diapers from my new design.  I won't have time for much else, but I will open customs up again when I get back on the 8th.  I will also be calling for some testers for my new waterproof trainers in the middle of October.

Custom Diapers

I happily finished an order of custom diapers tonight.  Diapers are time consuming for me, but they are the product that brings me the most satisfaction.  So, without further ado, this is what I have been working on all week...

...next up, stocking some trainers, knitting, Yoga Meltdown, and a bubble bath!

Good Night!!

Summer Knitting and Custom Trainers

Now that the weather is absolutely beautiful here, I have been getting together some shorties for Jocelyn. She wasn't too keen on the idea of wearing shorts at first and kept trying to pull them down, but she has gotten used to it.

This first pair is Ellyl by Mosaic Moon on Mountain Meadow Ramboulliet. I really love the feel of this yarn. It is a bit smoother and softer than cestari, but it seems to be just as sturdy. It was really nice to knit with.

This one is Blackberry Fairy by Family Pendragon on Cestari Superfine.  I couldn't wait to knit these up.  I adore the colorway!

I actually finished this bolero a couple of weeks ago, but forgot to post pictures. So her it is! It is Selah's Caramel Heart on Corriedale.   I had to bribe my husband to take some pics for me.  If it looks like gorgeous weather, that is because it has been in the 70s and 80s :)

Thanks to the little ones actually playing nicely together in my sewing room, I was able to finish up this custom this morning.  They are for a really nice mama in Canada.  She requested that I put elastic in the waist for her daughter and here they are!

Some business....Some playtime

I have quite a number of trainers that I am making right now between customs and a coop that just closed...103 to be exact!! Holy batman! That is a lot of trainers!  In the midst of the huge trainer stocking, I am trying to get some diapers and maybe some mama cloth done for my regular stockings.  Thankfully, my miniature humans are being more cooperative during the day so I am not so exhausted at night when it is time to work.
Here is the custom set that I just finished for a really sweet mama:

It has been in the 70's here, so the girls and I have been taking advantage and have been spending quite a bit of time at the park.  They love to play outside and I love that the house stays cleaner when we are gone for a majority of the day!

Customs...

I just finished this stuff this weekend. I am going to try to take a break from business sewing for the week to finish up some other projects that I have going on.  Mainly I am am working on an SMSS kimono and longies set for Jocelyn and my mom's Christmas present that is going to be more like a New Years present!  I also have a mei tei left to make for Jocelyn and I was going to make her some wool play food, but am seriously lacking the motivation to do that!

Some trainers for a trade:

Customs and some pretty colors!

I am all caught up on customs. They are always so much fun to do! These trainers were actually finished before my serger broke, but I am just getting the pictures up!

These diapers are even more beautiful in person! I love the simple look that this mama wanted. I hope she loves them, I know I do!

Yesterday, I dyed some beautiful bamboo velour and finished revising my mama cloth patterns Here is a taste of the results!
